Honey Stinger seeks to fill the position of Office Manager, based in beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This position’s primary responsibilities will be overseeing the general administrative function and activities of the office. The Office Manager reports to the HR Manager.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Office -

  • Oversee the daily work activities of the office.
  • Perform office tasks including maintaining records, documenting building protocols and performing basic expense reporting.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
  • In collaboration with Operations, maintain inventory of HS products in office. Arrange shipments to/from HQ.
  • Coordinate with facilitates maintenance vendors for building cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization throughout the Headquarters Office.
  • Manage the gym/workout facilities, exterior garden/landscaping/snow removal.
  • Restock competitive product shelves as needed.
  • Provide clerical support when needed to assist with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.

Local -

  • Manage Steamboat event activations and budget – Steamboat Marathon, Tour de Steamboat, SBT GRVL, BolderBoulder, EME.
  • Manage all Steamboat athletic relationships – WSC, SSC, High School, youth hockey, Cycle Effect.
  • Manage and execute donations (cash + product), including employee donation program.

Admin - 

  • Schedule company-wide meetings (Lunch + Learns, Town Halls, Hot Topics, etc.)
  • Assist in the planning of quarterly company events.
  • Weekly grocery shopping for the Headquarter location.
  • Order meals on a weekly basis and as requested for team meetings.
  • Event equipment cleaning and repairs, event equipment system owner (Cheqroom)
  • Vehicle maintenance and checkout process; adherence to user policy.
  • Serve as Honey Stinger contact for Factory executive admin support.
  • Manage executive operating expense budget, with support from Finance.
  • Support Leadership Team as needed.
  • Support teams with outbound shipping needs from HQ, as needed (VIP packages, local events, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel and attend events as requested.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


  • Superb communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to manage projects and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate initiative, be conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.
  • Experience with all MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude to assist wherever needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar degree.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000
