Ash Kempton is an avid endurance athlete, mother of two young boys, and part of our staff at Honey Stinger. Ash trains hard on the trails in the summer and occasionally, you can find her at races such as the 10k or half marathon. As a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, Ash has a true passion for coaching athletes of all abilities and ages. Strength and conditioning for endurance athletes is her bread and butter, as Ash loves to keep athletes’ on their toes and never let their minds and bodies know what to expect in training. Her energy is infectious and her willingness to push the limits in training is noteworthy. Her goal is to simply become the best overall athlete that she has ever been.
