Honey Stinger Is Hiring an Operations Planning Coordinator
Honey Stinger seeks an Operations Planning Coordinator to join our team at our headquarters based in beautiful Steamboat Springs, CO. This full-time, administrative role (32–35 hours/week) supports our planning and logistics teams through accurate data entry, timely communication, process follow-up, and documentation management across internal and external partners. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment. This role reports to our remote Senior Planning Manager.
Duties / Responsibilities -
- Enter and track supply chain purchase orders and transfer orders for finished goods and raw materials, maintaining accurate records throughout.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to validate invoices for transfer, raw material, packaging, and display orders.
- Collect and submit FedEx/UPS invoices on schedule to support timely carrier billing.
- Help maintain Honey Stinger’s supply chain documentation systems by keeping supplier certifications and audit records organized and up to date; follow up with external partners to collect documentation as needed.
- Assist with collecting, organizing, and tracking quality testing samples to support testing protocols; coordinate with regulatory teams to fulfill documentation and compliance requirements.
- Support cross-functional teams by helping respond to customer documentation requests and product inquiries, including ingredient, allergen, and certification questions.
- Track production details and order timelines, and assist in maintaining positive working relationships with co-manufacturers and suppliers.
- Create, maintain, and submit purchase orders; follow up with co-manufacturers to confirm order timing and keep records current.
- Support packaging operations by entering and tracking orders, monitoring costs and lead times, and proofing art files for operational elements and compliance accuracy.
- Help communicate packaging transitions to relevant teams, track packaging invoices, and assist with monitoring month-end raw material inventory levels.
- Assist with the setup and ongoing maintenance of EPR reporting to support data accuracy and compliance.
- Support consistent communication and follow-up across the Honey Stinger supply chain to help keep all stakeholders informed.
- Partner with Product Development to help maintain version control and upkeep of raw material and finished goods specification sheets, including costing, certifications, packaging, and product details.
- Work with the NetSuite administrator to verify product setups are complete and accurate, including UPCs, costing, and build elements.
- Run NetSuite reports and share data and analytics with team members as requested.
- Assist with follow-up on Honey Stinger’s annual supply chain audit requirements to help ensure timely compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, NetSuite experience a plus
Education/Experience –
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
· At least one year of related business experience preferred.
· Supply Chain, Manufacturing and CPG industry preferred

Pay Range: $25.00 / hour – $29.00 / hour
