Shipping policy

Orders typically process within 3 business days, and delivery takes 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping service chosen and location of shipping address. We work with various shipping partners, depending on the destination and available rates. 

For each shipping service, we shop rates across multiple carriers to find the most cost-effective shipping option. Because of this, we can't guarantee which carrier will be used for your order. However, our shipping software also checks carrier availability, so if USPS doesn't deliver to your address, our system will recognize that and automatically select another carrier. 

Orders over $50 will receive free standard shipping service. For all expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We ship to all United States Addresses, including Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO boxes, and all other US territories.
