I love having a honey flavored Honey Stinger Waffle before I head out on my early morning runs. Usually I'm not awake enough for a full breakfast, and don't want to wake up extra early to have a breakfast. The waffle gets me through my run with just enough nutrition that I'm not hungry the whole time, without disrupting my stomach!
One of my favorites to carry with me on all my outdoor adventures! Taste great and good energy!
