Honey Stinger is Hiring An Associate Brand Manager

Honey Stinger is seeking a high-energy Associate Brand Manager for this fast growing, dynamic brand. While this role will impact many aspects of the brand’s marketing strategy and execution, a key area of focus will be to serve as the marketing leader for our fast-growing energy chews and gels business. This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and will also have significant responsibilities leading marketing activities for our Canadian business as well as performance tracking and analysis.  This role interacts with agency partners in support of these activities but also works closely with internal cross functional teams to drive continued brand growth.   

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Chews/Gels Marketing Lead

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to stoke the continued growth of these segments
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and execute overall segment strategy, including but not limited to:
  • Consumer marketing activities
  • Shopper marketing
  • Product Innovation and Commercialization
  • Brand communications
  • Annual planning and budgeting  
    

Canadian Marketing Lead- Entire Portfolio (Including Energy Waffles)

• Manage all marketing- related activities for Honey Stinger’s Canadian portfolio, including but not limited to:
  • Portfolio strategy
  • New product launches
  • Packaging updates
  • Marketing support

Performance Tracking and Analysis- Entire Portfolio (Including Energy Waffles)

• Utilize available data resources (Syndicated Data (SPINS), Numerator, etc.) to analyze the performance of the brand, the category and key competitors on a regular basis
• Serve as a key source of knowledge on category and brand trends and bring this knowledge to bear to create strategies and tactics to constantly improve performance

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in a brand marketing role
• Previous experience working with syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, SPINS, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to react to change in a positive and constructive way
• Excellent time management and communication skills; this is a high growth company
• Passionate about athletes and sports nutrition and have your finger on the pulse of these industries

Annual Salary Range: $95k - $115k
