Our chews can be eaten as a snack for a mid-day boost (serving size 1 packet) or as fuel for your toughest workouts! Consumption of our chews is dependent upon how you like to fuel! Proper use of Honey Stinger is not a one-size-fits-all. In general we recommend around 100 calories for every 45 minutes of activity but every athlete is different. Some people need more and some need less. We recommend that each person starts with this recommendation and adjust based on their specific needs.
